Save the Date for Festa Coloniale Italiana

On Saturday, September 25, the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club welcomes the Bay Area to North Beach for the 2010 Festa Coloniale Italiana. Held along Stockton St. between Union and Filbert Sts., Festa Coloniale Italiana celebrates the rich Italian and Italian-American heritage that has existed in San Francisco for generations.

There will be continuous live Italian music, costumed dancers, wine tasting, a pizza-tossing demonstration, a cultural exhibit and the most mouth-watering food this side of Siena. Specialty vendors will be selling Italian-related products.

Inside, the club’s main ballroom will be transformed into an Italian piazza complete with a fountain. Saturday, September 25, 2010 - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Free admission. San Francisco Italian Athletic Club, 1630 Stockton St., San Francisco, CA 94133. Tel. 415- 781-0165.
