Lecture and Book Presentation at Museo ItaloAmericano

The Italian Diet: Eating Healthy, Eating Light - An illustrated lecture by Elisa Celli, a well known food consultant, best-selling author and food critic, followed by a food and wine tasting. Come and learn about the secrets of the healthy and light real Italian diet.

Tasting provided by famed chef and restaurateur Ruggero Gadaldi, owner and executive chef at Antica Trattoria, Pesce, Delarosa and Beretta. Villa Italia wines provided by Lorenzo Scarpone. Elisa's book, Elisa Celli's Italian Light Cooking will be available for sale following lecture.
