nel Mondo to present “Festa di Natale" at San Francisco Olympic
Club
The Associazione Liguri nel Mondo will conclude a memorable year that
was filled with many wonderful and well attended programs and events
with a gala Christmas Party at the storied Olympic Club at Lakeside,
San Francisco on Sunday, December 2. The elegant garden court will come
alive with the magical spirit of Christmas, resounding with traditional
music and a spirit of friendship that emanates from the holy season.
President
Joseph Brignole will serve as Master of Ceremonies and will recognize
the contribution of directors, officers and honored guests whose activities
were responsible for the continued success of the organization. According
to President Brignole, “one of the essential ingredients for the
continued success of any organization is its ability to constantly infuse
new blood into the membership.
The
Liguri nel Mondo has enjoyed another year of spectacular growth which
shows that the community approves of our efforts of constantly striving
to present programs which enrich the life of our community. Because
of the wonderful spirit of friendship and cooperation that exists within
the organization our membership is strong and growing, our financial
resources have never been better and our image in the community has
never been brighter."
Social
committee chairpersons, Kathleen Delucchi and Louise Oneto have promised
a traditional Christmas celebration featuring the best of Olympic Club
cuisine. The festivities will commence at 5:30 pm with no host cocktails
and complimentary hors d'oeuvres followed by dinner at 6:30 pm. Dancing
to the music of the George Campi Band will continue throughout the evening.
