Orange County American Italian Women Celebrate 25 years of "Amore, Amicizia, ed Unità"

Caspita! Wow! What a spectacular event! On Saturday, January 15th, 2011 over 40 ladies attended a special celebration commemorating our 25th Anniversary as an organization which was founded in 1985 and incorporated in 1995. President Connie Perakis presided over the meeting which gave special recognition to Aurora Brandelli for her many years of generous support for the organization’s philanthropic events.

Angie Cimarusti and her committee breathtakingly adorned the room at the Foxfire Restaurant in Anaheim Hills so all ladies felt elegant and special. The food was delicious and the entertainment was fun and uplifting. Many ladies in attendance were charter members and have been attending meetings and get-togethers for many years, several returned from absences, and five new members were initiated, all part of the day’s festivities. Caspita! What a day!
