rizzoteam@c21superstars.comI plan to assist the Italian Arts Council of the Bowers Museum to continue with providing programs of Italian culture and heritage to the entire community. There are other active Italian cultural organizations in the community who will be involved in addition to the Italian Consulate and the Italian Cultural Institute whose strong relationships we have enjoyed over the years.
The new officers plan to continue with the established functions that the Foundation has planned and supported for many years.
It has been a tremendous past 30 years for me as I succeeded in fulfilling the dream of building our “renaissance cultural center” and Italian American community in Orange County as envisioned. Along with others who shared in the dream, many of whom have passed on, we were able to make the Italian American presence strong, proud and vibrant in Orange County. I can honestly say the dream has been realized and I am glad that I was able to do it and share it.
